Solid and stable on the benchtop. Stainless steel construction with Polytetrafluoroethylene stopcock. Designed with three vacuum outlets, each with leakproof, two-way valve and vent port. Each outlet securely holds a No. 8 stopper and the stem of a filter funnel without interference. Outlets are spaced for easy manipulation of individual funnels. PTFE stopcock on each valve shuts off flow when fewer than three outlets are used. Barbed fitting accepts 3/8 inch (9.5mm) I.D. tubing. For simultaneous filtrations with increased filtrate volume in particulate and microbial analysis, use with NALGENE filter funnel with clamp (DS0315-0047), a complete filtration system. May also be used with NALGENE analytical filter funnels (140-4045) or (145-0020), and filter holder with funnel (DS0310-4000). WARNING!
