Scintillation Vials with Caps, 20ml PET - Linerless - WHEATON 986734

This Wheaton Liquid Scintillation Vial is manufactured from polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It comes with an attached 22-400 polypropylene cap with a polyethylene foam liner. This vial provides the clarity of glass with the safety of using plastic. It can be safely incinerated without the creation of harmful gas (only CO2 and H2O are generated). The lightweight and virtually unbreakable PET vial offers low permeability to solvents and minimal background counts. Trays of 100 vials are shrink-wrapped in plastic for protection against contamination.
