Oil-Free Single Application Vacuum Systems - PC201 NT - 737003

Brandtech's VACUUBRAND® single application vacuum systems are integrated solutions for evaporative applications. They include a powerful VACUUBRAND chemistry-design diaphragm pump with solvent recovery and control accessories. The PC101 NT is powered by a workhorse MZ2C NT oil-free pump with an ultimate vacuum of 7 millibar, and is suitable for evaporating solvents more volatile than water at room temperature, or many high boiling point solvents in heated applications. An inlet catchpot helps protect the pump form condensed vapors, preserving performance, while an outlet condenser helps protect the atmosphere. A flow control valve and dial gauge complete the system. The PC510 NT upgrades this system with two-point electronic control for applications that need more tightly controlled parameters, programmable ramps or computer interface. The PC201 NT and PC610 NT have similar respective feature sets, but are powered by the powerful MD4C NT pump with an ultimate vacuum of 1.5 millibar, and nearly double the flow rate, making them an excellent choice for high boiling point solvents, larger rotary evaporators and ovens. Pumps are whisper quiet, ultra-low maintenance, and have a small footprint conserving lab space.
