Rapid temperature rise and recovery times ensure excellent temperature control and uniformity. Thermo Scientific Class 100 Cleanroom Oven features an exclusive mechanical-convection airflow system. To save space, a stacking option is available for the TMO 3494M-1 and TMO 3495M-1 series cleanroom ovens (120V 50/60Hz). A fan removes heat generated by the bottom oven, preventing damage to the top unit. PID microprocessor temperature control. Single-program controller: eight segments, ramp adjustable from as low as 0.01°C/MIN., dwell from 0 to 9999 MIN. Four-program controller offers 16 segments, ramp from as low as 1°C/MIN., dwell from 0.0 to 999.9 MIN. Flowmeter and 0.3 ?M filter for purging with nitrogen available only on units with HEPA filters. Four adjustable perforated stainless-steel shelves, supports and plenums remove easily for cleaning. Compliance: Meets or exceeds Class 100 air standards. Notes: HEPA filter models provide maximum contamination protection.
